Two published ranges answer how long is Phantom Blade Zero. The newer one comes first.

A January 2025 interview, reported by GamingBolt, puts the main story at 20 to 30 hours and side content at about 20 hours. A May 2023 Discord Q&A, reported by MP1st, said the main story alone is about 30 to 40 hours, with more side quests on top. These are studio estimates from before release, not a sampled clear.

The official site lists the release as 29 October 2026. It does not publish a completion time. Some store clocks show 28 October. The date itself is on when it releases.
